Dear SWVCC Member:

You are cordially invited to the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Membership of the Southwest Veterans Chamber of Commerce on Thursday February 15, 2018 5:00 to 7:30 pm at Paradise Valley Community College 18401 N. 32nd St., Phoenix, AZ 85032. The meeting will be held in Kranitz Student Center (KSC 1000A), located adjacent to the President’s and Administrative offices.

The primary purpose of this meeting is to present the Annual Report to the Membership as required by the Bylaws. Additionally, we have two items of official business: approve the minutes of the 2016 meeting and amend the By-laws hanging the Chamber mission. Both these actions require a quorum to undertake. Copies of those documents are enclosed. We will also raffle a number of prizes.

We hope that you can attend this important meeting to hear an update of your Chamber. If you cannot attend in person, we request that you assign your voting rights on the enclosed proxy. There are two options for assigning your proxy: either designate the Secretary of the Board of Directors (BoD) or assign another named Member in Good Standing to vote on your behalf on all matters presented to the Members for vote. If assigning to the Secretary of the BoD, just circle “Option 1,” add the date, your printed name, and signature, and return to us by fax, email, or U.S. mail. If assigning to another Member in Good Standing of your choosing, circle “Option 2,” fill in his/her name, add the date, your printed name and signature to the form, and deliver that form to the individual you choose as your proxy. That individual must present the proxy when registering at the meeting for validation.

The meeting agenda is as follows:
